How old do I have to be to hire a vehicle?
Drivers must be aged 25 – 75.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring your driving licence together with a check code available from www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence so we can see your driver details.
We also require you to bring proof of identification such as passport, ID card etc and proof of address such as a recent household utility bill, bank statement, etc.
I have endorsements/points on my licence; can I still hire a vehicle?
We accept up to 2 driving convictions with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
We are unable to hire vehicles to any drivers who have been disqualified from driving during the last 5 years or who have currently on their licence any of the following offence codes:- in, ut, dr, dd or ba.
What is the security deposit?
On collection of the vehicle you will be required to leave a security deposit of £150.00 on a credit or debit card. This amount is charged to the card and then refunded on return of the vehicle assuming that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was at the start of the hire.
Do you provide a one way rental?
We do not offer this service; all vehicles must be returned to our hire depot.
Do you open on Sundays and Bank Holidays?
No we are closed, but please ask about our fantastic weekend offers. Our opening hours are 08.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday and 08.30 to 12.00 on Saturday
How can I pay?
Hire charge can be paid by credit or debit card (except Amex).
Deposit must be paid by credit or debit card (excluding Amex)
Can I take the vehicle abroad?
We do allow vehicles to travel into Europe but you may not take the vehicle outside mainland UK without our prior written consent.
What is your fuel policy?
We ask you to return the vehicle to us at the same level as when collected or pay for any shortfall. We will not reimburse you for any excess fuel left in the vehicle.
